Delay in caller hearing me.

Delay in caller hearing me.

When someone calls, there is a several second delay before the person calling can hear me. Do you have a solution to this proplem? This is a  recent problem.  I have Xfinity Tripple Play.

I have the same problem.  It's been going on for a long time and over the course of three different modems.  How can I get this fixed without calling a rep who will waste my time and have me reboot / refresh the modem multiple times?
