Caller ID does not work on new modem

Hello,

 

I recently purchased an Arris TM822R modem. Phones are all working, but no caller ID...every call is labeled as "unknown".

Your new modem may not have been properly activated or provisioned.  Try calling Xfinity tech support at 

 

If the online activation does not succeed, call customer support: 1-800-COMCAST (1-800-266-2278) or 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489)

 

Or Try calling 1-855-652-3446. That is their device activation line.
