And...another one with no dial tone

Internet is fine, no dial tone even though Tel1 light is solid. incoming calls ring but cannot be picked up on the modem side. Tried with corded phone plugged directly to the modem and same issue. Troubleshooting included reseting modem and phones, swapping cables, swapping phone ports. Contacted customer support and they are sending a tech but looking for any other troubleshooting steps.
