please tell me where I can check to see what happened to our caller ID on our TV

Same. They even sent techs out to fix it!! Obviously, that didn’t work. Also, text messaging is no longer available on the Xfinity Connect app. Please restore it.

Nothing they did seemed to work. Them several days later, it came back on.  Don't know why it left nor why it came back.

I think it is something that has to be enabled in the billing system but accidentally isn't in rare cases.
