iphone se 2 visual voicemail.

i can not for the life of me get visual voicemail to work. i have chatted with many people from xfinity and they have no clue. my voicemail tab says call voicemail. no option for visual voicemail and i do not get any notifications either. some one help me please!! @ComcastChrisL are you able to help me please?!

Many thanks for taking the time to post to the XM Forum!  I'm more than happy to look into the problem for you.  

 

When you get a chance, click on my name ComcastChrisL, which will take you to my profile page, and from there you should see a blue 'send a message' button.

 

In your private reply, required for account access and authentication, please include first and last name, the complete service address, mobile number, and the last 4 digits of the pay method on file.  Thanks again!

I have the same exact issue. When I click on ComcastChrisL's profile, I don't see any option to send a PM. I've been basically "on hold" with someone on the live chat for about an hour. They say they're working on it, but they're not really communicating with me at all. Can anybody tell me who I need to contact to get this taken care of?
