Whitelist contacts?

Greetings,

Curious about switching to Xfinity Voice.  Currently use Ooma, of which the only reason I use it is because I whitelist only contacts to ring our house.  Does Xfinity Voice have a similar feature?

I know there's a blacklist, but I want a whitelist.
