Voice2go text messages issues

I am trying to get my home phone to accept text messages and display them in the voice2go app.

 

I have voice2go set up with the proper number. I recieve call notification via the app.

 

However, text messages are a problem.

 

If I send a text message to the number, it shows up on my account if I log in via the web interface. But the messages do not show up in my voice2go app. Same result if trying to send a text fom the number, it works from the web interface but not from my voice2go app.

 

Thanks for any suggestions.

In 4 years mine has worked two months. You might want to just let go of the issue. I find resolution to be n/a

If I send text to my home number ...... Nothing happens as usual...... But I can send text from my home number. And they show up ....
