The outgoing caller IDs on both of my Xfinity voice lines are wrong. The names given are different, and neither one is my name. This makes it impossible for me to use these lines for important outgoing calls. I have no idea how these names got associated with my account in the first place, and none of the 10 Xfinity agents that I have contacted by phone or chat have been able to fix it or tell me how. I have been bounced around or cut off multiple times over 4 days. I am beyond frustrated, and looking for a solution. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help get this fixed. It seems like such a simple thing and it weirds me out that it sseems to be so hard for Xfinity to fix!

Also, I am using the Xfinity Connect app on my Pixel 3a and for the life of me can not figure out how to get the phone to ring.
I too am getting fed up with this phone but can't seem to find an Xfinity 'package' where the 'voice' phone isn't included. So I figured I'd use it since I'm paying for it, but it has been nothing but frustration so far. I wish Xfinity would just let me drop the 'voice' option and go with 'mobile' instead.....ugh.
