I signed up for Nomorobo without checking with my wife! She does not want the service but I can't figure out how to cancel the service. The instructions to cancel I found seem to not work or I do not understand them. Please help. I just want to cancel nomorobo service.
Have you tried clicking on the "Your Phones" tab after logging on to the Nomorobo web site (nomorobo.com)?
On that page there's a box labeled "Disable" on the line with your phone number.
I haven't tried it myself, but it looks like it might be how to disable the service.
Well, if it won't work from the Nomorob side then let's try it from the Comcast side...
Go to the Call Forwarding screen under your Settings menu.
If the Nomorobo number ((202)-813-1600) is listed as one of the numbers then try disabling it there.
To get to the Call Forwarding screen:
