Due to the Coronavirus, my wife now works from home. However, the call waiting feature, which was mysteriously reactivated, prevents her from performing her call center work. In fact her employer has blocked her from working until the call waiting feature has been permanently deactivated. Apparently Comcast has made it so that the call waiting feature can only be temporarily deactivated using the*70 feature. My calls to tech support so far have not solved this problem. This problem is negatively effecting our income during this crisis and potentially my wife's employment. Comcast needs to fix this ASAP as I assume others are experiencing a similar issue.
Contacted Comcast several times yesterday with no success. While the techs assured me that the call waiting feature had been removed, it wasn't. Beyond frustrated!
