This forum is my last resort. I've tried to get some help from Comcast for 2 HOURS today and have been unable to! I've called several times, been hung up on by people who didn't speak English, and the last time was at 6 PM MDT when the guy who was supposedly helping me, gave me a recoding saying that they were now closed for the day, and hung up on me!
The web "chat" is useless! It wouldn't even work after awhile.
I tried having the support number call me, and that didn't work right.
I'm so disgusted, that I'm ready to give up on switching my RingCentral over here.
