We have Voip phone through Comcast and every call made drops when answered. Outgoing function is normal. Have spent over an hour with support to no avail and have a tech coming over Saturday. Router reset, done. All other service working normal.
Anybody with ideas appreciated....
When someone is calling my home landline they hear this :please state your name and google voice will try to connect you". So I cannot receive any incoming calls but can place calls.
