I am trying to assist my 93 year old mother who does not want the Xfinity voice mail since she has an answering machine and cannot grasp how to use the Xfinity voice mail. She is missing calls from her doctors. Thanks.
I've called and been put into a loop of insanity, 9+ minutes and no representative ever got on. Snowbird leaving soon, last year came back to 50+ junk calls with the phone unplugged. How do I turn this off?
