Ecolisting website

I'm not sure where to post this, so my apologies if this isn't the right place.

 

I really like using Ecolisting.com for phone listings and addresses.  But everytime I access it lately (for quite a while, actually), it says that it's under maintenance and not available right now.

 

Awfully long time to be under maintenance; when will it be available again?

We apologize, the Ecolisting site should be back up and running soon!

While we don't have an exact date, we are working to have it fully functional as quickly as possible.

Thank you.  I'll check on it now and again to see if it's back up.  I'm supposed to get emails when someone replies to my postings, but that doesn't happen.  So, since you've assured me that it will be available at some point, I'll check back on it myself.

Since I posted my reply, I have learned additional information which we are beginning to announce to everyone today.  Here is the update:

 

Effective March 5, 2020, directory listings will no longer be a feature of Xfinity Voice service.

This means we will no longer make available any directory listing information about our Xfinity Voice customers through ecolisting.com, directory assistance or print publications. This includes names, phone numbers and addresses. We also will not share any of this information with third-party publishers.

Since we are no longer offering directory listings, you will no longer need our non-published or non-listed services, which kept your information from being published or listed. These monthly charges will be removed from your account as of March 5, and you will be credited for any non-published billed fees for periods after March 5. You can view your bill online at www.xfinity.com, and go to My Account and log in to your account to view your bill.

We're making this change as part of our ongoing commitment to enhance customer privacy.

If you’d like your directory listing information published, you may contact a third-party directory listing provider, such as List Yourself at listyourself.net or other entities that offer this service.
