Changing the name that pops up when I call

My wife died on February 1. However, when I call friends on my xfinity phone line, her name pops up.  My friends find this very disturbing. 

I have called xfinity 4 times and spoken with a customer service representative who promises to fix the problem so that my name pops up. But it seems like something beyond Comcast's capabilities. Any suggestions other than switching companies?
