Caller ID and Voicemail not working

I have Xfinity VOIP Voice home phone. Caller ID and Voicemails don’t show on my TV (they are “on” in notifications settings) or in the Xfinity Connect app. Rebooted Xfinity modem and cable box. Still can’t get caller ID notifications on my TV and phone and voicemail doesn’t work and can’t be accessed. Both have been working previously. Now haven’t worked for the last few days.
