Caller ID TV display not working

I made changes to my channel line up a few weeks ago. After changes took affect caller ID TV display no longer was working. I have made two visits to the xfinity store without success. I was advised to call tech support. Three calls and five hours on the phone later I still do not have caller ID on my TV screen. Can this problem be solved?

My line up was changed yesterday & now I don't have caller ID show up on TV>  Why?
