If your cable box is set to display caller ID the first thing I'd do is power cycle the cable box and also power cycle the modem. If that does not help call comcast support at
: 1-800-COMCAST (1-800-266-2278) or 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489)
Someone at Comcast turned it off. Support turned it back on.
