Advanced call forwarding is greyed out

Try to complete the setup of Nomorobo, yet the advanced call forwarding feature is greyed out.

Please fix that.  My plan has unlimed phone service shouldn't that be a feature?  I'm being charged over 200 for this plan, it should work.

I wish I could add a screenshot

For anyone who reads this.  I was only able to get this corrected via a customer servcice call.  To get to the right person only took about a couple hours.   So thats what you are in for.

BUt once I actually got a person who understood what I was saying they were able to update thing from thier end in about 10 minutes.

I'm new to Xfinity and having the same issue. Thanks for sharing this "heads-up." Two hours to get to the right person sounds like AT&T. Sigh.

I am having the same issue. I called customer support spent 3 minutes trying to get though their computerized front end. Then connecting to a agent I told them that Advanced Forwarding was blanked out. They kept wanting to run diagnostics on it and I told them the phone is working fine over and over since I was speaking to them over it. I told them I was just hooked up and wanted to forward it though Nomorobo. They didn't have a clue what I was talking about. I repeated several times to send me to someone who knew more about this area on the home phone but they would not. I got fed up and told them thanks and hung up frustrated.
