Advanced Call Forwarding Problem Can’t hear caller

For several months, when someone calls my xfinity home line, my cell phone rings simultaneously as it should, but if I answer the call on my cell phone, I can’t hear the caller and the caller can’t hear me. This feature was working fine for a long time and now does not. I have tried resetting my cell phone, deleted the xfinity connect app and reloaded it, I’ve called customer service, yet this issue continues. I’ve also removed my cell phone and added a different cell phone and the same thing happened on that cell phone. Any suggestions?
