What do I need to do to access my call history? Other than everything that's outlined in the "guidelines" - log in, click icon, click "call history". All I get, all I've ever had, is three sequential dots blinking and blinking and blinking.
I tried calling for assistance. The technician said "clear your cookies". I did that. Still nothing. He said something about me using Microsoft Edge as my browser (that I shouldn't) and I don't. I use Firefox.
I'm open to suggestions. I have gotten numerous calls over the past few days that I would like to report.
