Hi, the Xfinity On Demand hotspot that I have been using for the past year stopped working. It still shows up but if I try to connect, it says "No Internet". I have different computers as well that are giving me the same error, so that tells me its not a problem with my devices. I know that my passes are not expired as well. I saw a previous posting where a Comcast employee reset the hotspot for someone. Can someone do that for me as well or will I need to call Xfinity ?
