My xfinity email reloads frequently. For example, when attempting to compose an email, after typing 2-3 characters, the system reloads, again and again, and in each case forces me to restart the email. Xfinity customer service seems unable or unwilling to offer real help with this issue. Any recommendations as to how to deal with this would be appreciated.
Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.
