why do I have to enter the same email and pass word twice?
I do my log on with my email address and also the password. I hit enter. The message from Comcast says its not recognized. So I enter the same email address and password and hit enter and it goes to my emails? Why do I have to enter it twice. Then you get this message and the pop up says you must now enter another email address other than the one used by Xfinity. I live alone. I do not know anyone elses email address that I wish to put in that space. Its say if you ever get locked out. Well I am getting locked out of my emails because of some rules that Comcast has made. Sorry but its become totally ridiculous for this to happen on a consistant basis and if you click on the chat things it tells you that you must now change your password and your email address. I am not going to do that. So either Comcast/Xfinity gets its act together or I am going to go to sign on with AOL. This never happens to them.
