I needed to re-activate my comcast email account. When I click the mail icon from "my xfinity" home page - it redirects me back to the home page instead of to my email. When I send an email to that account (email address) it bounces back. Can you assist?

What do you mean you "needed to re-activate my comcast email account"? How did you re-activate it?
I had not accessed my email for over 12 months so I knew I lost all emails in my inbox. I clicked the mail icon on "my xfinity" page and that's where it loops me right back to my home page. Eventually I was able to get to my inbox but message was "access to server denied".
