"Temporarily blacklisted IP Address - try again later"

Hello,

 

Just yesterday I started receiving the following error from Apple Mail:

"Temporarily blacklisted IP Address - try again later"

 

nothing has changed on my end. I cannot request a new address as AT&T Uverse rarely changes the IP address unless I purchase a new gateway or order a static IP address.

 

I spoke with Comcast Customer Support for hours today but they do not know how to solve the email.

 

I cannot access my email now from my home Wifi; using cellular 5G on my phone works (as it is a different IP address)

 

Please help!

Are you sending/receiving through AT&T or Comcast?  Are you using an AT&T email address or a Comcast address?
