not secure xfinity email or forum

i can get into xfinity home page, but clicking on mail tells me sight is not secure.  used to be able to click on advanced and proceed to unsecure to get my mail, but no more.   now i get "You cannot visit connect.xfinity.com right now because the website uses HSTS."   got the same message trying to get into the forum, but was able to get it through advanced: unsecure.     repeatedly have called support and was told to go into chrome://net-internals/#hsts... did the query and domain delete.   it worked for 1 day, now nothing.   this has been going on for a month and i've been with comcast for more years than i wish to count.   i can get my mail on windows, iphone, ipad, but not macbook laptop.    tried it with chrome, firefox, and safari.    nothing!!!    does anyone know how to remedy this please.

I have had the same Server Unavailable problem for over a month. We use Safari in the latest update of MacOS 10.15 Mojave. If I try to send, it works after several attempts. Also happens in Firefox, but much less frequently. Have emptied cache and history. Same problems at other wifi  locations, friends' houses. Problem when sending via my university email system. On all 4 Macs, we get messages all the time like “Server Unavailable,” and “secure connection failed,” “The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified,” and rarely “An error occurred during a connection to s0.2mdn.net. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR.” Often, I have to wait while my Comcast email loads, and have to click or refresh multiple times or try to log in again. I have rebooted the modem, router and computers a number of times to no effect. Works fine on my university work email system using the same computers.

I said this on another string-

Mojave is less than 2 years old. It should still work! I never had any issues with comcast email until about 6 to 8 weeks ago when everything went south. Never. Comcast did something with their email server software or something related at that time; resulting in numerous problems with Macs. Comcast should have the resources to identify and fix it. These complaints should be forwarded to the Comcast IT employees that made that change to the software 8 weeks ago. The cause (and fix) should not be hard to identify if the right Comcast or contract workers are given the information.

Thanx for response.    Have called Comcast numerous times and get disconnected when they don't know how to help.   Tech level 2 (presume gurus supposed to call back within 48 hours.   Never did.    Finally got one agent who expedited and got me thru... asked if he could call me back if we got disconnected and he said yes.  We got disconnected and he never called back.   The deletion of proxies helps for awhile, then the same old, same old.   Have to add the deleted proxies back in, reboot, then delete....but still getting unsecured or not safe email.  I'm thinking of moving my Comcast internet to att.   If they don't care about their customers except for the money, I'll take my money elsewhere.  My mail is important to me and I want to know it's safe.
