I am not getting some of my emails people send. Why is this? not going into Spam. have always gotten them before.

Thank you for posting to the Xfinity Forums. We apologize for the experience you're having and can definitely understand why this would be concerning. I'd like to take a deeper look into this to help get it resolved. How were you accessing the email when this problem occurred?
