i've been using outlook for e-mail and now i cant recieve messages or open outlook-- i get an error message referencing imap erver 1002. How do i fix this?
In your Outlook settings, what imap server address do you have?
I am having this same issue, tried to migrate to Outlook and my imap is imap.comcast.net. Not sure why this error is happening now simply by moving to Outlook.
