hundreds of spam messages per day

All of a sudden on Friday, May 8 at 2:30 PM, I started receiving dozens of spam messages per hour. I have called comcast security and they assure me I will receive a call from a level two technicion or engineer within a day. It has been nearly a week now and no response despite multiple calls to them. How can I fix this or complain to a higher authority at comcast?
