For the better part of three days I've been getting the above error trying to login to the xfinity community forums. I've tried reaching xfinity and could reach no one. I asked the question on the Apple community forums and received a helpful reply in two minutes. The screenshot of my search result is below.

There had been a problem with the forums, but it is fixed now, as you can see.
