emails

I can send emails from my comcast account, but I am not receiving any emails into the account, including test emails that I'm sending to myself from my work account.  I haven't changed passwords or devices; this is occuring on both my iphone and my laptop, and I'm at a loss.  Any assistance would be appreciated.
