emails not sending or receiving -certain accounts

emails not sending or receiving -certain accounts

Personal email accounts not sending or receiving now like they have in the past.  If I disable wi/fi in the house emails work normally using cell service.  Modem reset and Modem reboot does not make a difference.  Then suddenly everything works normally.  Devices often ask me to re-input passwords for server.

@DavidB4 can you please PM me the details of what device(s), if you are using third party email service(s)(outlook, thunderbird, applemail,etc.), are you using a VPN, if so which one, and which email account(s) you are having this issue with.

@DavidB4 so this issue is only happening on your email clients? and not on the xfinity.com webmail? Comcast does not service/troubleshoot third party email clients unfortunately and cannot speak to their functions aside from providing the required settings for setup with comcast.net email. If you are experiencing issues with the email client specifically, then you may want to seek assistance from the developer of that third party email client.
