emails have all been deleted
I have lost all of the emails in my inbox and all other folders. Everything was available on 1/20/21. But today they are all empty. this includes the trash folder. Calling customer service offered no help. They opened a ticket for tire 2 service but 36 hours later and I have not heard from anyone. I can send emails from this account but I can not receive email. But here is the tricky part...if I send to the account via .cc or bcc the email doess get in the inbox. Any help out there?

im dealing with same thing not comcast emails can send to myself they show sent in file but does not come in I only have a few spam emails Ive talked to tier 2/3 for 3 hours nothing 6 tech people the cc does not work for me in research someone said something about we have an unrestricted account and call comcast have them walk you through getting restricted or other way yhis person also recommended not using comcast email if it is server other severs better at filtering
