There is not an instance when I am in my e mail that the e mail freezes, and I get a pop up at the bottom saying "comcast is not responding due to a long running script" This only happens on my PC, not ipad or i phone. Also why in the world does the e mail open a second window once I click on it?

please clear your cache & cookies. Also see if it happens with a different browser.
it happens with all browsers
will try to consistently clear history to see if this helps
