I requested a coupon offer on this webpage
https://accounts.chase.com/consumer/banking/online/seocombo
It does not return an email with coupon code to my comcast email account. I have checked my inbox on comcast.com, outlook, and ipad email. If I make the same request using my gmail address, the coupon immediately comes to my gmail inbox. The return address on the emailed coupon is banking@email.chaseoffers.com . I've tried adding this address to my comcast 'whitelist' as an address book contact but I cannot get a reply to go to my comcast inbox. I have no filter or spam filter that I am aware of. Am I somehow blocking this or is comcast finding it suspicious?
I have suspicions about other emails not received but not as good evidence as this.
