email automatically blocks out certain senders even though I'm subscribed

I have not been receieving certain newsletters i'm subscribed to even in my spam folder. The email just blocks out the sender even though I didn't change the settings to block out certain emails.

The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful, so you may need to be persistent and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
