Why does my Comcast email keep closing on its own? Using Chrome. Just started doing this recently and Comcast CS was no help, had no answers. I've tried clearing cashe/history, etc. rebooting, etc. no help. Anybody?
Have you tried another browser to see if it does it there, too?
i'M HAVING THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM. IT STARTED ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO AND HAS BEEN GETTING WORSE AND WORSE. SOMETIMES CLOSE AND RESTART IS HAPPENING 2 OR 3 TIMES PER MINUTE NOW. IF I CAN'T GET THE ISSUE RESOLVED SOON, I'LL HAVE TO MOVE ALL EMAIL TO ANOTHER PROVIDER. AT THAT POINT, KEEPING OTHER SERVICES AT XFINITY GETS FAR LESS COMPELLING
