Xfinity webmail has one received email that has missing text at the end and is blank
I have one received email that is missing the text at the end. It was on
from LifePoint at yahoo with 2 attachments 2.2MB. After the youtube video that was inserted the rest of the email is blank. The important text is missing. The only way I can see it is to open the original email, select reply, and go to the bottom. This has never happened before so something has changed. The person sending the email is using Apple devices which may be different from the previous person who was managing this email account. I am afraid that all Comcast users may not be reading the important text at the end of the email. Please help!

The person sent an email again that was shorter and had no youtube videos, to a yahoo group that lists my comcast.net email address, and I got all of the text in the email. There still is a blank page at the end but nothing is missing as far as I can tell. I have never noticed the original problem before with the youtube videos from this yahoo group. They include videos on almost every newsletter. Another person said she had comcast ISP and a comcast.net email address and received all of the original group email with the text paragraphs below the youtube video. The text paragraphs are coming through but I just can't see them unless I hit reply and the box opens the reply email. Then at the bottom I see the paragraphs. If I forward it or reply to someone they think I received all of the email to the end. It must be a setting on my end somewhere.

I have a clue that what is wrong to my webmail has shown itself again in an email I sent today. I sent a text email to several people. Then I went to my sent folder to read it again. I clicked on the first one. Reading the email it appears to be one page and the ending isn't there with no clue why. When I click on the first one again in my sent folder on the left, it opens a window with the entire email to scroll down and read the ending. Maybe that is the way it is suppose to work. You can read part of it, and then click again and all of it opens up in a window over it.
So I think maybe I need to click on the received group email with the youtube video in the middle, twice. I go back and do that, and just like before it does open up a longer email in a window, but after the video it is a blank page, missing the rest of the email.
When you click twice on the inbox email it opens a smaller window that is missing the information after the video with some blank space and the scroll bar on the right to see the blank space where there should be text. But when you click on reply, forward, or reply all, it opens a much wider window which overlays some of the list of folders on the left, and then all of the email is listed at the bottom after the youtube video.
I cannot click reply on every email I read just to make sure I am reading the bottom of it.
