Xfinity blocking a site
Xfinity is blocking a site I need to use for business daily. I never had this issue in another state I moved to Florida from, where Xfinity is my only option. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone with people - was transferred multiple times and NO ONE could help. The site I'm trying to access is: https://tave.com
Error message reads:
This site can’t provide a secure connection
tave.com sent an invalid response.
I asked for a call back from a supervisor in the last place I was transferred to. They said they had to call back with 24-48 hours. That was over a week ago. No call back.
I reset Chrome settings (it happens on Safari too and happens in Chrome Icognito), I restarted the moden. Xfinity reset the wifi on their end. Nothing works.
Through Google (which was more helpful than Xfinity customer service) it seems I need to disable protected browsing from somewhere yet I cannot figure out where. This address listed on the googled article I found doesn't exist anymore: https://internet.xfinity.com/more/protectedbrowsing

I have the same issue. That setting does not help. When I connect to wifi and Comcast I have the error, if I connect to an Xfinity hotspot the error goes away, so it must be an issue with my Xfinity router.
