I work remotely, and as of the past couple of days, I am unable to get to one our work servers. Nothing has changed on my work side. The IP Address is 22.214.171.124. When I do a Trace Route, I get the results as in the attached picture. When I use my t-mobile hotspot, I get all the way through.....

Can't see your pic. Since you are a new poster, it needs to be approved by a Forum Admin. That could take some time. In the interim, you could try hosting it at one of those free third-party pic hosting sites like Imgur or Photobucket and post the link to it here.
Try disabling the Xfi Advanced Security feature as a work-around for now and see. It's buggy ! And there is currently no way for an end-user to be able to whitelist anything;
Below is the Trace Route....
Advanced Securitty was disabled already. I re-enabled it, waited 10 minutes, and disabled it again, and no difference with it enabled or disabled.

Your packets stop at hop 9. That's a Level3.net Communications / Century link backbone transit provider's router in France. It is out of the Comcast webspace, therefore it is not a Comcast issue. You need to contact them about it. Good luck with it !
