Work Domain Blocked
A large propotion of emails sent to my Comcast from my work domain end up in my spam folder. After spending some time trying to use filters to whitelist the domain, I saw on the forums here that there is in fact no way to whitelist a domain (or even an email address!) at the mailbox level (filters are not applied to messages sent to Spam and adding an email to my address book does nothing).
My first question is more of a question/comment. Why would Comcast not allow users to whitelist domains or even email addresses for their individual mailboxes? This is a basic function offered by pretty much any large email service provider. This seems to be a glaring lack of functionality.
My second question. Can anyone on the Comcast side do anything to help with this issue?
Thanks.

You need to call Comcast security to see if there is a spam/blocking issue for that sender's domain---------------

I know tha the issue isn't the domain being blocked because I was able to send other emails that made it through to the inbox. This means the ones getting sent to spam were because of content, not the sender domain.
So my question is, is there any way to whitelist an email or a domain for a user to ensure their emails never end up in the spam folder?

No, there is no whitelist function in the Appsuite software. You still need to call the number I posted. There are a lot of things that could cause this problem.
