My wife applied for a job at Lowes and actually got it but.. in order to complete the process, she has to fill out all the paperwork. These days, all of the paperwork is online and is sent to the employee in a process called "onboarding". Her manager has sent her the onboarding email to her Comcast email and she has not received it and they cannot send it to her on another email address because that would require her to apply for the same job again using a different email address.
The email is not in the spam folder or the trash.
