I click on the Sort tab in Comcast WebMail and when I select "Unread", it no longer shows only the unread emails at the top of my inbox. Any thoughts on what is wrong? Any workarounds, I thought there used to be a way to search for unread emails.
I am accessing comcast webmail using Chrome on Windows10 PC.

Make sure they're sorted by ascending, not descending.
