Unblock Community Disaster Support Nonprofit's website

Hi Xfinity, the site for our community disaster support non-profit has been blacklisted to Xfinity users, which is a big part of our community members and organizations in need. How do we get it whitelisted as soon as possible? Asking people to disable their Advanced Security (as suggested in many threads) is not an acceptable solution. URL = www.CorbettCOAD.org - thank you!  [same issue as xFi Advanced Security is blocking my company's website  and many, many others]

Call Comcast security.  They handle blocking issues--------------------

Thank you for the info. I called the number, and the representative told me that that is not something they can take care off, and when asked who I should call instead, had no idea. Back to sqaure one.

I just submitted a form through http://postmaster.xfinity.com/block-removal-request.html in an attempt to get ANYONE at Xfinity to help. Even though that form is for blocklisted email serves, I'm hoping they will help anyway, or - if they can't - at least tell me who to contact instead.

Someone should have responded in here after I esclated the thread, but it didn't happen.  So I'm going to try again.

 

ETA:  I can get to the links with no problem.  I don't have Xfi.  I don't know if that makes any difference.
