Unable to receive emails from gmail users

I am able to receive a group email from a friend who uses a @gmail.com account.  However, I can not receive any emails from the same gmail address when I am the only receipient.  This has just happened over the past few weeks....I was able to receive these emails some months ago.....can you please check into it and let me know why I am not receiving these emails and fix the issure???

Did you check to see if it went to the Spam folder?  Is the sender getting any kind of bounce message?  If its not that, call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue with that sender---------------------
