Unable to open e-mails in xfinity connect with windows 10

I am having the problem as stated above with my new computer/ It was opening  e-mails the other day. When i get screen that says welcome and opening e-mails all i get is a dark screen.(blue)  It does not do this on my old pc with windows 7. How can i correct this.
