Are you able to get into the email using only the browser and the webmail UI? Have you tried the Xfinity Connect mail app?
What exactly is happening when you use the Xfinity Connect app
I receive a message block that states "We're sorry. We are unable to reach the mail server at this time. Please try again in a moment [rc:1]", and a circle just spins around in the email I'm trying to open. This happens CONSTANTLY now.
have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app yet?
I have been having the same problem for the past 1-2 months. I have tried EVERYTHING including uninstalling and reinstalling the app SEVERAL times. What is going on??? Please help!!
