Unable to browse website

Hello there:

Since I work at a university, I usually need to browse some Chinese university websites to get information. But starting this month I can't browse the websites of many Chinese universities and hospitals.
E.g:
https://www.wmu.edu.cn/
http://www.wzu.edu.cn/
There are so many similar websites that I wo n’t list them one by one, but I can access them with my AT & T mobile network smartphone, so it is obviously a network problem with Xfinity, please help me solve this problem.

Thanks

@leijiao2019 using a connection on the Comcast network, we are able to reach the websites just fine. The issue appears to not be on the Comcast network, but likely on your personal network and/or devices. This could be anything from device related issues to router/firewall configurations. The Comcast network can route to the mentioned websites and is not blocking connections to them.

EDIT: To add, it could even be a filtration placed by the domain owners (potential IP block) but is less likelier for just normal site visitations.

Hi there,

Try downloading the Tor Browser and try to use that one to browse only the websites that

are blocked.

See this link below to download it.

Perhaps some traceroute results will reveal / confirm where the blockage is occuring ?
