Two-Step Verification + Outlook

After adding two-step verification because of being repeatedly hacked, I noticed that Outlook will no longer sync with my account.  It simply says "Something went wrong.  We couldn't log on to the incoming (IMAP) server.  Please check your email address and password and try again."

 

Is there a way around this?  I checked, and my server settings/ports/etc are all correct.
